With over 25
years of experience in Human Resources, I have worked in
virtually every discipline within the Human Resources
profession. In the past 10 years, I have focused on the
successful integration of leadership development and cultural
initiatives with strategic business planning.
I can offer my
expertise to help your organization create innovative and
effective work environments, and structure and processes for
your employees. By focusing and improving on your people and
culture, I can help your business increase employee
productivity and business performance.
In addition to
my work experience, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
and have taken a variety of leadership, personality, and
business courses over the years. I have developed course
curriculum and taught leadership courses as well as a variety
of other courses including interviewing, performance
management, goal setting, and employee orientations.
I have been
involved in church leadership for over 12 years and have
served as the Chairman of the Board of Elders at my church for
the past 9 years. I teach a weekly Bible study and facilitate
a variety of church related activities. I have been married to
my wife Lucinda for over 20 years and have three children. My
hobbies include running and playing music.
